*IMPORTANT: Each advisor will have a unique Referral Code; this code enables us to track, link and pay the respective commission to the advisor that enabled the sale; please ensure you provide your code correctly to your customer.

E-SIM Installation Method Selection


Follow the instructions according to the selected method.
The client will receive a confirmation e-mail with QR Code, Instructions and Recommendations.

E-SIM Activation QR Code Method

1) Go to your device Settings

2) Tap Cellular/Mobile Data

3) Tap Add Data Plan

4) Print or use another screen to display the E-SIM QR Code
(also available in the e-mail confirmation)

5) Please scan the E-SIM QR Code and complete the Add Data Plan installation process taking into consideration:

  • a) Prior to departing, still covered by your local carrier, setup this carrier, labelled usually as “Primary”, as your predefined Default Line, iMessage & Facetime and Mobile Data options.
  • b) If already at your destination then select new “E-SIM Label”, you just added, as Mobile Data.

 

Add Data Plan Installation

1) Tap Add Data Plan

2) Change the name of your new E-SIM Plan to Travel (optional)

3) Setup Primary as Default Line and iMessage & FaceTime

4) Setup the new E-SIM Plan Travel as Mobile Data

5) Tap Launch

6) Enable Roaming for your new E-SIM Plan Travel

7) After tapping Launch you will see the app’s home screen

 

Disable Roaming

Please be advised that to avoid roaming costs, you should disable Data Roaming in your Primary data plan.
